Ubuntu 10.04 计划中的新改变

Ubuntu 9.10 刚用上没多久，官方就已经开始着手开发下个版本 Ubuntu 10.04 了，10.04 开发代号 Lucid Lynx ，按计划将在 6 个月后的 2010 年 4 月发布，Ubuntu 9.10 带来了一系列新功能，那么下一个版本的 10.04 会给我们带来那些改变呢？最近媒体开始不断报道 10.04 计划中的改变，下面一一介绍。

新增程序: PiTiVi

PiTiVi 是一个基于 GStreamer 多媒体框架开发的 GNU/Linux 下的非线性音频/视频编辑器。它被选中并默认包含在 10.04 中的原因有两个：

  1. 它的界面非常简单易用。
  2. 资助 PiTiVi 的 Collabora 公司， 一直都在“努力争取它被包含”在 Ubuntu 中。

应用程序替换: F-Spot

有人建议用 gThumb 或者 Shotwell 代替 F-Spot。也有人不建议使用 gThumb 来代替 F-Spot，而是代替 Ubuntu 默认的图片浏览器 Eye of Gnome (Gnome 之眼)，因为 gThumb 比 Gnome 之眼更快更好。Shotwell 也被建议以取代 F-Spot ，因为前者更轻量，速度更快。

计划移除应用程序: GIMP

开发者决定 GIMP 将不被 Ubuntu 10.04 默认安装。（原因主要有：GIMP 太难用，操作复杂，难学，仅适合专业人士；虽然以前的 Ubuntu 各版本都自带 GIMP ，但用户几乎不使用；Photoshop 是 Windows 用户首选图片编辑器，但 Windows 并没有默认提供；可以为 Ubuntu Live CD 腾出空间以安装其它实用程序等）

默认增加备份工具

Ubuntu 10.04 将默认增加一款备份工具，选择有 2 个，分别是 Deja Dup 和 Back In Time。

Ubuntu 10.04 音乐商店项目旨在为用户提供从音乐播放器中购买歌曲的能力。

    那个要移除 gimp 的计划太雷人了。要移除，起码也得有个替代品。

    把gimp从默认中移除真是太明智了，，这么强大的软件留给xxx studio 版本当卖点去吧

    我已经删了好几次 gimp，每次都会在几天内再装上，没这个东西你怎么调整图片尺寸？

    @garfileo: 默认移除而已, 想用的话安装好系统后再安装. 默认移除的原因是大多数用户 "几乎不使用".

    F-Spot 应该干掉，处理照片太慢了，而且老是崩掉。 EOG 还算好用，轻量嘛。

    eog 早就应该剔除了，gThumb 替代eog 还可以，但要重新设计与nautilus结合，代替F-SPOT是没有必要的。

    一直觉得奇怪 为什么gthumb不是默认的图片浏览器，而是eog, eog用起来很不顺手

    Gnome 下很多组件，每次升级都只是版本号升级，没有实质性功能的修改或优化。 我希望 Gnome 能够打破它的版本号，除了桌面核心(panel, nautilus)的，让各个组件（totem, gedit）自行管理版本号，每次升级看着，晕啊。

    每次装完先卸f-spot, rhythmbox, brasero,装上digikam, amarok, k3b。 其实软件如果做得能兼容gnome和kde就好了，底层依赖gtk/QT得到是无所谓。

    默认应用程序的改变也能叫特性？

    用户不会自己改么？

    还有，以后Ubuntu从Sid里导入包的时候能不能小心点？那么多依赖Iceweasel、Icedove、Iceape、Iceowl的包看了就头痛

    一直用openSUSE,从10.3到11.2，觉得很不错，希望openSUSE不会移除GIMP,不要作跟风者，现在看看Fedora越来越像Ubuntu啦,openSUSE会走自己的路！

    相对来说，更关心电源管理这一块的改进。9.10改进幅度不小，不过还是期望更大的改进。目前的电源管理和win平台还是有差距，呵呵。 不知道什么时候可以达到比较好的程度。

    还是老老实实的用 debian 的好. 说来, 我也有几万张图, 可是看到 F-Spot 就会立刻删掉. 说来, 我用 Gimp 也就调整个尺寸, 但是没有 Gimp 就会浑身不爽. 给自己和老婆的 Win 下也装了 Gimp. 美...

    其实都是开发者的错，弄个软件非要gnome，或者kde的一大堆依赖，最多来个gtk或者qt依赖就好了。

    哦 问一声 什么图片查看工具可以支持JPEG2000文件（JP2）？ 我的Nautilus一打开包含JP2文件的目录就崩溃

    每次用起gimp来就咬牙切齿，满脑子都想摔滑鼠! 欣闻10.04终于要干掉gimp, 真是大快人心啊! 哈哈哈!

    现在PS和Photoimpact(较早期的版本)用wine都运行的还可以，就算再古老的版本都远比gimp好用n倍! 还是希望这两家公司将来能推出Linux原生版的....

    下了个shotwell还是挺不错的，一直就希望有个这样的软件，可以附带简单编辑的，而且和picasa一样，修改保存后只是保存修改参数，原图不动。不过左边的导航树功能还比较弱。准备有空学习学习源码，有时间改成自己想要的。

    @Dongsheng: nautilus 有resize image的脚本，依赖imagemagick，单纯resize的话比gimp方便得多

    @macaulish:不是抠门不抠门的问题，而是划不划算，很多东西都没必要用到专业级的工具，当然，很多伪专业人士是一定要用专业级工具来撑场面的。
