Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) alpha 1 图秀

Ubuntu 8.10 (开发代号“Intrepid Ibex”) 的首个 alpha 测试版本在昨天得以面世。显然，这次发布比预定的时间晚了两个多星期。虽然 Ubuntu 8.10 alpha 1 姗姗来迟，但是我们还是在第一时间下载了它，并对其进行了试用。

Ubuntu 8.10 alpha 1 从内到外都有一些改变。就内部来说，alpha 1 采用了目前最新的 Linux 内核 2.6.26 的预发布版，并合并了来自 Debian 上游的大量改动。此外，一些重要的桌面组件及程序都已更新到最新版本，包括 GNOME 2.23.4、Firefox 3.0、OpenOffice.org 2.4.1、GIMP 2.4.6 等等。

很多 Ubuntu 用户从上一个版本 Ubuntu 8.04 便开始期望其在外观方面有所变化。这种期待随着 Ubuntu 8.10 alpha 1 的发布，将逐渐变成现实。Ubuntu 8.10 alpha 1 启用了一个名为 NewHuman 的新主题，其色彩表现比原本的 Human 更为深邃。虽然新主题不一定讨得所有用户的欢心，但我们有理由相信 Ubuntu 整个团队将为此作出进一步的努力。

    新配色不错，本来 Ubuntu 的壁纸颜色就比较深，以前的配色就太浅了

    8.04 本来已经有了无缝的主题了, 记得应该是 Clearlook, 结果又被取消, 看来是为了留给 "NewHuman" 哈哈

    @Neoriva 自个去 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ 抓 human-theme、human-icon-theme 下来安装就好， human-theme_0.20+ 里边有 NewHuman

    确实窗口美工是改进了，但为什么使用灰色背景呢？看时间长了就眼睛疲劳，难道Ubuntu就不知道尝试其他亮堂的颜色？
