Sun 买下了 innotek

本年初，Sun Microsystems 并购 MySQL 引起业界一片震撼。今天，Sun Microsystems 宣布了又一起并购案：买下 innotek。目前，在 Sun 和 innotek 的官方网站上均可见此并购公告。

对于 innotek，可能有的朋友会感到很陌生。但要说起它的产品，却是十分的熟悉。innotek 是一家位于德国的软件公司，公司的旗舰产品为 VirtualBox。VirtualBox 提供跨平台的虚拟解决方案，包括闭源版本和开源版本，可作为另一个著名虚拟软件 VMware 的替代品。

Sun Microsystems 此番对 innotek 的并购，将增强其在虚拟化方面的战略。VirtualBox 也将扩充 Sun xVM platform，并加强其在虚拟化市场的地位。

    VirtualBox有了个好东家(SUN虽然不太会赚钱，但是有最好的技术)，应该不会让大家失望!

    并购的好呀。Sun、IBM、HP等国际大型企业的强大，才可以遏制住微软在桌面市场上的垄断。 希望中国以后也能拥有这样的国际性的IT龙头企业。 把开源产业做的如火如荼。
