PPStream 1.0.2 for Linux

距离上一次发布又快一年了， PPS 网络电视悄悄的发布了 Linux 平台下的 1.0.2 正式版本(2011年8月26日创建)，解决了上个版本中部分令 Linux 用户纠结的问题。

改进有：

  • 不再需要 Root 权限运行。
  • 自带 mplayer
  • 提供 desktop 文件
  • 提供 RPM 和 DEB 两种二进制包。

实测运行截图：

Fedora 15 下安装方法：

  1. 首先需要启用 RPMFusion 仓库。
  2. 下载 PPStream Fedora RPM。
  3. 双击 RPM 安装，或者使用 pkcon install-local PPStream.rpm 命令行安装。
  4. 安装后最好注销重登陆，或者运行 update-desktop-database，这样才能在应用程序菜单中找到 PPStream。
  5. 默认视频输出不知为何是 X11，建议更换成 Xv；音频输出貌似只有 alsa 有效果，pulse 没声音。

官方下载（提供 Fedora RPM 和 Ubuntu DEB）

PS：PPS 还同时发布了 Android 版本。

    还是没有64位版本么？ 不管怎么说，PPS还是比某只企鹅负责任多了。

    @Enyh: 国内商业软件的一大爱好就是喜欢自定义各种主题控件来彰显自己的与众不同。一直很不屑 做控件浪费时间没意思。

    Arch 装了，播放不了。一集一集往下跳，就是不播放。2分钟后，删除。

    在 arch x86_64 下，我发现它调用的是系统自带的 mplayer：

    $ ps aux |grep mplayer

    re:feng oss也没声音，所有选项都试了，图像很清晰。fedora自带的mplayer用alsa有声音

    @Bencasia: 没看出谁在骂，很多人语气恶劣了点，但是都是对软件本身设计的批评，而不是对这个公司态度或者策略上的批评，没看出这跟你说的三条有什么逻辑上的关系。

    安装了，无法播放（缓冲完毕就直接跳了），可惜了，只好又安装回旧版的。我试用的是AUR上的版本，系统是Arch 64。 不过ppstream坚持更新软件还是要支持的。

    我在 Ubuntu 10.10 和 11.4 都试装了新版的 PPStrean，不知道为何没有完整的列表。 第一层的列表有，但没有第二层的。必有点击“时事焦点“，第二层的焦点并没有展开。不知各位有没有解决方法。

    Ubuntu10.04装了，不错，比上一个好多了，首先是进入程序时不用再输用户密码获取root权限了，其次是右边的登录功能可以用了（上一个版本登录不了的）。不足之处是CPU占用率的确是100%，但看视频本来就是个费劲的活，用其它软件看视频CPU占用率也不低吧？国产软件能在linux上做到这个程度，不错了，毕竟我没付一分钱。
