    黑日白月兄，怎么Firefox都这么慢的？是在虚拟机测的成绩？特别是3.5.5和3.6b1，i686版本应该已经开启了tracemonkey了，成绩应该是大概是1000~1500左右吧，怎么和x86_64那样要3000多呢？

    另外，我投递了一份文章，拜黑白兄的消息，请黑白查阅一下咯...

    咳……我的本本速度就是那么快了…… 3.0 是 7800ms，3.5 是 3700ms，3.6 3200ms 速度提升很多了……

    最近试了下 3.7 pre-alpha，已经提升到 2600ms 了……

    那个投递只有 TOY 兄可以看到的……

    Google Chrome 4.0.237 1747.4ms

    差距是客观存在的，不过 JavaScript 不是全部，打开 Gmail 和 WebQQ 没有感受到明显差别……

    奇怪的是 Google Chrome 在我 Fedora 12 上中文字体是虚化的……

    一晃都这么多年了，还记得0.7叫firebird，0.8开始改成Firefox，也真正算是可用了，拿来替换掉了Mozilla。那时候也刚刚开始用Linux (Fedora Core)当桌面。感叹时光如梭;-)

    @Terry 最初是叫phoenix(由于硬件芯片商已经注册了)吧。。。后来才叫firebird(由于与开源数据库firebird同名)，后来才改成firefox

    總覺得這些年來網頁們被搞得越來越複雜。結果是明知道firefox越來越快，然而即使配上更新的硬體，開網頁卻反倒沒當年快。為什麼這麼多網頁要搞得這麼複雜這麼吃資源效能呢？

    现在的网页上存在着太多的华而不实的地东西了,所以硬件越来越先进,打开网页的速度反而越来越慢了,哇哈哈哈
