LXDE 增加新的 LXDM 组件

最近，轻量级桌面环境 LXDE 增加了一个新的组件 LXDM。LXDM 是一个特别轻巧的图形化登录管理器，可用来替代 GDM 或是 KDM。

LXDM

LXDM 的 UI 使用 GTK+ 实现，其源代码可通过 LXDE 的 svn 仓库获取。

    说实话，GDM真的很臃肿。希望LXDM能够简练。

    gdm依赖太多，希望这个lxdm好些，之前一直用slim。。

    lxde会越来越大…… 原先gnome也不大来着，现在太臃肿了。原先xfce很小，现在也越来越大了。

    比起slim来。功能是更多么？

    看来lxde还是觉得slim太sample了？

    高弹性弱藕合对于平台上的软件一致化和开发复杂度来讲，也不一定是好处。

    @crasysatan: lxdm 不是窗口，你看到窗口，是因为为了便以查看和截图， 使用了 Xnest 这个嵌套窗口里的 X （lxdm 再显示在 Xnest 里）

    @booman: 我觉得KDE通过KPart至少在目前是最接近这一目标的桌面系统。 @MyCups: 至少目前我还没有看出什么不合适的。可能复杂度会有一些增加，但是总的来说在KDE所信奉的设计哲学上看，这些还是美的。

    倒不如說是用戶的需求越來越多，現代軟件只越來越複雜，不信可以去看mac和windows桌面的設計也是相的複雜阿！

    因此如何減少軟件開發的工作量和效能的衝擊，才是現代技術設計的重點。 KDE的很多技術能提供簡單易用的方法來駕馭複雜的開發，這些技術也是相當輕巧的。

    KParts比corba輕量，只需要用c++作簡單的包裝就是一個Component，而corba則必須另外使用IDL語言包裝，在桌面環境上KParts的Component管理與定義機制也比corba完善。 KHTML比gecko輕巧也更快。 Strigi夠快使用內存也少。 Sonnet也相當簡單易用。 Phonon和Solid也是跨平台開發相當有效的解決方案。 KAction提供比QAction更高的抽象，能有效增加介面再利用。

    LXDE做LiveCD的桌面环境不错，轻巧快速。 @iweler：不用转简体，大多数用简体的Linuxer能看懂繁体字 只不过不会写，不爱用而已。

    @ioweler: 汉字繁体发行版只要不是传说中茴字的四种写法，简体发行版基本上常用字都能识别。^_^
