LinuxTOY 自去年 6 月 7 日上线，迄今就要满一年了。在这一段漫长的日子里，我看着 LinuxTOY 一天一天地成长起来。其间的甘苦也许只有自己才能体味。

就在 LinuxTOY 越来越受到读者关注的时候，LinuxTOY 却被另一些人盯上了。LinuxTOY 先后遭受到两次大规模的抄袭事件。一次是叫做开源技术网的网站不仅大量复制 LinuxTOY 的文章，而且还将 LinuxTOY 的图片打上自己的水印。另一次是一个叫做网址秀的网站也是大量复制 LinuxTOY 的文章。经过与对方沟通，还算比较圆满地解决了问题。

而这一次，我几乎要出于愤怒了。一个 ID 为 top1023 的家伙在 PHP168 的论坛上发贴寻求针对 LinuxTOY 的采集规则，而另一个 ID 为天之骄子的人利用自己的技术为其提供方便。就这样，在我需要花费接近一年的时间所建立起来的 LinuxTOY，他们只需数小时或者数天就可以完全克隆一个。

对于这种恶意抄袭或者采集的行为，本人强烈加以谴责。我奉劝那些抄袭者或者采集者：做站要靠自己的努力，别总想着搞歪门邪道。

其实，我们从来就不介意其他网站转载 LinuxTOY 的文章，但是至少应当按照我们的要求来做吧。以超链接形式注明文章来源，并且不要直接引用图片链接，这是必须要遵守的。否则，被破坏的不仅仅是游戏规则。

为了维护 LinuxTOY 的权益，我们必须得采取点措施了。目前我们已经开启了图片的防盗链设置。对于给读者朋友们所造成的不便，我们也感到很无奈。

关于 LinuxTOY 这次被恶意采集的事件，相关截图我已上传到 Flickr 上。

在本文发布时，天子骄子应我的要求已经删除了针对 LinuxTOY 的相关采集代码。

    建议toy也给图片加水印。这个对用户体验基本没啥影响吧。 另外，toy不必担心：即使那些网站能克隆你的内容，但克隆不了你idea和你的用户。

    登linuxtoy已经成为每日的习惯了，可以说我从linuxtoy建站初期就开始关注它了。对于那些抄袭的人表示鄙视。

    LinuxToy是极少有的一个提供干净，舒适阅读环境，介绍普及linux知识的网站。我每天必做的事就是打开RSS阅读器阅读上面的好文。 我们不希望他被一些无耻之徒扼杀。站长有什么需要大家帮忙的尽管开口。

    其實轉貼就是資信傳播的方法 不要太介意別人轉貼了

    不過不注明出處實在太過份 絕對是損害了瀏覧者的利益

    當我們用Google搜尋時就會發現 N多的結果都是一樣的 想要知道哪個才是原出處簡直是發夢 為我們帶來極大的不便

    特別是盜連圖片 這不就是消耗了Toy的資源嗎？ 不可以願諒

    我们喜欢你的网站，有一部分原因是喜欢你作网站的风格和思路，还有你的辛勤劳动，这不是什么人可以偷走的。互联网上有很多的技术站点，可是很少有像你的网站这样并不喊口号，但却给人以真实、及时、丰富的资讯，能够指引、帮助大家把Linux用起来。文字可以抄袭，你的网站在文字之外有抄不走的东西，大家会长久支持你的。
