Firefox 3.1 Alpha 预计本月 25 号发布

继 Firefox 3.0 之后，Mozilla 将推出的 Firefox 里程碑版本是 3.1。依据 ZDNet 的说法，Firefox 3.1 Alpha 开发代号为 Shiretoko，预计本月 25 号发布。

在 Firefox 3.0 中已经添加了许多新特性，并改善了程序性能及内存占用。那么，Firefox 3.1 又有什么值得期待的呢？

  • Tag 自动完成
  • 批量 Tag 支持
  • private browsing 模式
  • 增强扩展升级的兼容性检查
  • 改进 Awesomebar
  • 更多的 CSS 3 属性

目前可以确定的是，在 Firefox 3.1 的每晚编译版中已经具有了 Ctrl-Tab 特效。该特效先前是通过扩展来实现的。

    Firefox 已经真正的走到了主流的地位。 现在我的女友也早就适应是使用Firefox3 现在，除了非用ie不可的网上支付，平时根本不用IE

    我就是Macbook+Firefox，不管是MacOSX、Windows还是Linux都是Firefox。
