FFmpeg 已添加 Real Video (RV30/RV40) 解码支持

长期以来，Linux 下的视频播放器（如 MPlayer、VLC media player、Xine）缺少对 Real Video 视频格式的原生解码支持。不过，这种情况正在逐步得到改善。目前，FFmpeg 已经先期加入了 Real Video (RV30/RV40) 的解码支持，可以说填补了这方面的空白。

FFmpeg 是一个完整的音/视频解决方案，可用于录制、转换、流服务器等诸多方面。而我们所熟知的视频播放器，如 MPlayer、VLC media player、Xine 也在使用它。

    real格式差不多快淘汰了，大容量高清电影 real格式基本可以无视，即使相同容量x264效果比real好，现在除了国产连续剧只有看real外，其他都看x264了

    偶一般在verycd上下， rm 格式罕见。。 基本都是 DVD BD DVDrip BDrip 等

    暴风是直接用了real的binary，ffmpeg是自己实现的，不一样的

    问题是暴风知道了以后岂不是连real都治不了它了。MS它使用ffdshow也不违背GPL。

    RM格式还是有他的优势所在的，毕竟以国内的整体消费水平和网络环境而言。高清实在是言之过早，RM终将没落，但决不是现在，至少他还能再蹦跶上个几年是不成问题的。

    问题是x264编码的视频可以在比RV的压得更小的同时，得到更好的画质。除了压得更快，我实在想不出有什么使用RV格式的理由。

    BDrip DVDrip都不是格式。意思是BD光盘DVD光盘上的内容剪辑，一般是裁掉了DVD目录菜单和附带拍摄花絮，直接从电影开始处压缩成单一文件格式。至于是rmvb还是x264就不一定了。

    @好像不是吧: 官方的real player也是不完美的，如果你播放清晰度很高的rmvb，会发现整个画面的质量有问题，跟在虚拟机里面播放视频一样，虚拟机不支持directdraw，因此仔细观察画面会发现有许多细小的方块！

    @gcell 官方的 Realplayer 11 在我的打开 XV 后视频颜色就颠倒了，很诡异……

    不过官方的 Realplayer 11 对于 RMVB 文件内搜索时音画同步比较好，用 MPlayer 快进或搜索时有时会出现不同步情况，甚至崩溃掉。

    另：哪里有清晰度很高的 rmvb 下载啊？

    @好像不是吧: 主要是 real 的协议限制太大，大部分发行版都不能带这个软件。SUN 的 JRE, JDK 就比较好，至少能放在 Debian 的 non-free 区， real 的连 non-free 都不能放。

    我只望国内能早日淘汰real格式，清晰度差，不开放，不便于移动设备集成，什么坏处都占尽了，体积优势越来越不明显。当年怎不见出来打击暴风，现在知道自己要byebye了怎么的，出来嚎叫两声。

    可惜国内影视论坛如果不压片，那人气只会直落，大家都自己上mininova去了，自己点aXXo去了，自己找srt去了，他们再无缘在片片里放logo，如此看来，国内淘汰real还很难。

    linux 下面 realplayer 的色块问题到了不可接受的地步。
