强烈谴责部分网站对 LinuxTOY 的抄袭

本不想将这破事搬上台面，但最近部分网站对 LinuxTOY 的抄袭大有愈演愈烈之势，若是坐视不理，岂不是要更加肆无忌惮。作为建设”和谐“网络的一份子，理应站出来，以正视听。

下面是长期抄袭 LinuxTOY 的部分网站代表：

赛迪网 Linux 专区

超级牛x的网站，从来都是或改头换面、或拷其大概，总之要占为己有。发信没有任何作用，只有泥流牛入海的份。例如：

    强烈支持！我的博客也遇到过这种事情。你说的我也发现了，我的那两个小软就被赛迪和红联抄袭了。

    建议可以弄一个看不见的字夹杂在段落后，如果他一抄，就会复制出很多的这些字，够忙一阵子了。呵呵。

    我也发现赛迪的所谓编辑“云子”实在是垃圾一个，他所在的栏目抄linuxtoy的内容实在是太我了。BS。

    懂相关法律的朋友，也可以想下办法帮下toy.

    Toy兄，嗯，很巧，抄袭的不止是抄LinuxToy的，我的文章被你提到的那三个网站都不记名或不注明出处的转载过，更有甚直接改造组合篡改并署名为“小兵”等名字。，要不是文章里有特别的文字内容（姑且叫作数字指纹吧，其实就是某些关键字词），我也不会从搜索引擎中发现到这些。也就是从搜索引擎中，还发现有51CTO，Linux伊甸园以及一些不知名网站不计其数。 对于谴责这个动作，基本上我觉得是无用功的，抄袭的现象不会因为一次谴责而减少。除非能有法律行动，但所花费的精力值得么。也许应该有某些公社这样子的组织，那么投诉还有道，可惜没有这么一个公社具备惩罚抄袭现象的权力，信产部应该才不会管这种事情。像咱们这样的个人独立Blog不像CW那个BlogNetWork组织一样，如果有抄袭现象就给网站服务器所在IDC发去律师信，有一定的震慑效果。看来除非Blog是隶属于某商业组织的，那么就有财力来处理抄袭等侵权行为，否则似乎只能来一次“谴责”却不能做些行之有效的事情。

    这个方法不顶用了,有能去除后面杂字的方法... windows底下很多软件都可以排版去除 Linux下正则表达就可以.

    那些抄袭的网站虽然不怎么有名，但是搜索引擎能搜到。尤其是baidu这个垃圾。搜索到的时候一点进去就是那些垃圾网站。到处是广告的垃圾。为了骗取点击数到处抄袭文章。

    应该谴责。至少可以表明一种立场。 Internet的中文世界，虽然搜一下无数相关网页，但看很久却基本就是同一篇，充满泡沫且一时也不会消逝。所以力所能及的就是，如果有人被我鼓动而去用Linux，那么便推荐他到LinuxTOY去看看，正版要从初民开始。

    1. 网民投递。那么投递者名称在哪? osnews, slashdot,solid这种网站都会有 "Linked by Thom Holwerda on Fri 18th Jan 2008 22:33 UTC, submitted by Michael Larabel"等字样，那么linuxtoy呢?

    2. 从其他国外网站收集而来。 关注gtk软件的更新信息gnomefiles deb包的getdeb 图形，硬件驱动www.phoronix.com ... linuxtoy通知有新软件时，很多时候只给个下载地址,好像太好吧?

    3.专人写稿 那么是toy写的吗?还是其他爱好者写的?他们的名字在哪?
