Quake Live: 运行在浏览器内的 3D FPS

id Software 近日宣布旗下的网页游戏 Quake Live 支持 Linux 系统，该游戏是首款也是唯一一款网页形式的3D第一人称射击游戏，源自著名的 Quake III 竞技场。

该游戏完全免费，注册即可使用（游戏中有广告）。

在 Linux 系统下首次运行需要安装一个 Firefox 扩展（1.4M），重启 Firefox 后自动下载必要游戏素材（用时较长，在下的小水管用了将近1小时……）。

本次更新同时添加了对 Mac OS X 系统下 Safari 4 的支持。

当你厌倦了千篇一律的种菜和钓鱼时，或许可以尝试下此游戏。

    刚玩完训练关，非常流畅，一点儿都不卡。

    AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-58 + GeForce 8400M G 128M

    Fedora 11 i686 + Nvidia 190.18.03

    过程中鼠标和键盘被捕获，没留意怎么退出捕获，于是没有截图……

    在Windows下玩过，延迟太大，没法和别人打，只能当成是单人fps了……

    看来我比楼上幸运 在windows下玩过，一点不卡，延迟也可以接受 t2050 945集显

    @ggarlic: 我玩的时候还是要邀请的，那时只有英国服务器和美国服务器，据说要开日本服务器。

    你是什么时候玩的？如果是最近的话，估计开日本新服务器了，我再去试试～

    硬件基本不构成问题，关键是延迟。300多的延迟面对着30－50的对手，基本没有胜算。

    刚想出这么个把3D游戏嵌入浏览器的点子，自己还没实现却已经有人你做的这么好了。还好是ID做的，John Carmack不愧为我的偶像！！！
