募捐：请帮助一名 Linux 程序员的女儿

在北京工作的潘俊廷是一名优秀的 Linux 程序员，他的女儿潘怡帆因患有肺动脉高压，只能靠着便携式呼吸机生活。

要治愈小怡帆病，只能进行儿童肺移植手术。而这类手术在国内尚未有成功先例，而美国德克萨斯儿童医院则经验丰富。潘俊廷和妻子周萍已经卖掉了房子，然而依然不够手术所需的500000美元。

在下相信热爱开源技术的我们同样拥有充满关怀和仁爱的心，在此希望大家能做些力所能及的事情帮助这名 Linux 程序员，让他的女儿小怡帆拥有同龄人应有的幸福。

    说实话：政府把人民币的汇率压的太低了，50万美元在美国的购买力根本不及在国内400万人民币。这下好，害了人那……

    美国很多医院设有基金会，专为穷人支付一定比例的医疗费，可以先考虑申请。还有其他机构设置的基金也可以考虑。

    找找美国的慈善机构吧， 50万美元可不是小数目阿。 美国有专门针对小孩子先天性疾病进行救助的慈善机构。 要是在Houston需要车接送，可以联系我。

    能用钱解决的问题不是问题 关键是： 1 因心肺功能不全，小姑娘的身体能否接收手术 2 是否有合适的，合乎规定的供体 3 手术本身的风险 4 术后生存率较低【http://www.studa.net/yixue/070825/11135875.html】 5 存活后生活质量

    对于医生来说，只需要考虑能否做手术，怎样做手术，而作为家庭来说要考虑的更多

    儿童肺移植是有成功先例的。 走进科学报道过一例，一个四川8岁男孩肺衰竭，父母各移植了一叶肺，是成功了的。
