PeaZip 是一款能够在 Windows 及 Linux 上运行的压缩/解压工具，它除了支持本身的 Pea 压缩格式之外，还对其他主流的格式提供了支持，如 7Z、BZip2、GZip/TGZ、TAR、ZIP 等。此外，它也可以浏览或提取 ARJ、CAB、CHM、ISO、JAR、DEB、RPM、RAR、Z 等格式中的内容。

PeaZip 最新版为 1.6，Linux 平台需要 libgdk_pixbuf 库。

    感觉还不错，可以在Windows平台上可以方便地创建.tar.gz和.tar.bz2了，更重要的是又可以放弃一个商业软件了(原来一直用PowerArchiver的破解版本)。看着桌面上越来越多的FOSS，咱们的腰杆也可以挺起来了，大声说我用正版我自豪，:)
