PCMan File Manager 是一款十分轻快的文件管理器，它具有与 Firefox 类似的标签浏览功能。由于此程序许久未作更新，被人误以为成了一个死项目。近日，作者 PCMan 适时推出 PCMan File Manager 的 0.3.5.4 Beta 版，算是给喜欢该软件的朋友吃了一颗定心丸。

新版本的 PCMan File Manager 减少了内存占用，具有更快的执行速度。同时，作者对 mime-type 系统进行了重新设计和重写，并修正了一些先前版本中存在的 bug。此外，对于命令行参数的处理也得到了改善，现在能够通过命令行打开多个文件。

居然更新了。。。作者真幽默，这段话非常搞笑：

“In 2008, I'll spend more time on my profession. After all, dealing with lives of human is not as easy as computer programming. Thunar, Dolphin, 还有这个, 看起来都不错的样子 :D 偶还是老实用 Thunar 吧...
