OpenOffice.org 3.3 Beta 1

跨平台开源办公套件 OpenOffice.org 社区今日发布了 3.3 Beta 1 测试版本。

图表：

  • 支持在图表中插入任意文字及图形对象。
  • 支持层次坐标轴标签。
  • 部分图表默认选项变化。

数据库链接：

  • 新的 MetaData 节点可以用来察看数据库中的列描述。
  • Base 支持注册数据库为只读模式。
  • 在数据库高级设置中增加 Supports primary keys 。
  • 为添加域对话框增加 Alt + F8 快捷键。
  • 文字输入区域支持垂直对齐。
  • 支持通过扩展增加数据库驱动支持。

公式编辑器：

  • 窗口标题从“公式元素”变为“元素”。
  • 支持从表达式中移除多余的空格。

演示文稿：

  • 改善幻灯片版式处理，合并了视频和表格占位符。
  • 改善当使用窄字体时对于版式的处理。
  • 在版式选择侧栏中可以使用 ESC 和 Enter 进行热键操作。

表格计算：

  • 新的 CSV 导入向导。
  • 支持给表格标签页添加颜色。
  • 支持行数扩展到 1048576 行。
  • 自动识别单元格中的数字格式。
  • 增加 DataPilot 相关操作选项。
  • 当删除表格会再度提醒。
  • 增加 HTML 导入设置对话框。
  • 在使用各类过滤器的时候会读取当前选中区域的数据。

文本处理：

  • 增加大小写改变选项。
  • 增加同义词菜单。
  • 增加重置为默认语言选项。
  • 用户自定义字典默认编码为 UTF-8。
  • 重新设计的同义词和连字符对话框。

    真是无语，从 OpenOffice.org 都能扯到 Java ?

    若是 Java 是杯具的话，为何 Eclipse、NetBeans、MATLIB、SPSS 等众多大型软件都选择用 Java 呢？

    另外拜下 rmbus ……

    可能他的表达造成误解。或者你没有使用到openoffice的某些依赖于Java的功能，如果只是敲敲文档的话，那你的无语无语得有点无知。

    openoffice-bin一部分的功能需要依赖Java来运行。

    Gentoo中的openoffice就有Java的use参数，开启java的use参数以后，演示文搞的多媒体功能才会完善。不然演示文稿连声音效果都无法使用。

    汗……我被无情的 BS 了……

    我有很多功能都用到了 OpenOffice.org 的 Java 组件的，比如在这里推荐过的 Language Tools, Zotero，以及估计都知道的 GDocs 同步，还有 Calc 的数据库扩展…… 至少个人感受是，这些使用了 Java 的扩展并没有对 OOo 体验造成影响，不知道为何要抵制？

    至于多媒体功能，OpenOffice 已经确定在未来版本中使用 GStreamer 提供后台支持。

    koffice那个字体破碎问题（也就是文字在屏幕上放大到比较大的时候，本不该hint，却没有取消hinting)啥时候能解决啊。

    黑白日月辛苦了。看了英语原文终于体会黑兄翻译得不易。 看了各位的回复，觉得在这里抱怨软件是没意义的，毕竟再抱怨也不会像rmbus一样说得令人膜拜，还是以尊重别人的辛苦成果为上吧。

    @zilai: 2.4时就差不多了，kivio可能得等到2.5，如果开发人员继续这么少的话。Krita的话似乎现在就可以用于生产了。

    反正office工具我是不会用openoffice做为生产工具的，还是使用ms的office，或者直接用latex

    @黑日白月: 以前印象里，java大型程序在linux下都慢得像蜗牛，所以被鄙视很正常。不过自从换用sun jre jdk后，发现除了swt系的（比如eclipse），其他大型程序也都很快的。

    某个 JRE6 和 OpenJDK 6 升级添加了 X Render 支持后，Java Swing 应用程序在 Linux 下速度飞快。

    SWT 系的若是从仓库获得的并且安装本地的 gtk-swt 后也很快。

    提起openoffice，我就想起java，就想起来在我的电脑慢如蜗牛的eclipse，伤感… 现在用codelite顶替了，但是我又喜欢code::blocks的自动提示，纠结！

    我也不得不说openoffice是比较烂的，和WPS比起来真不是一个档次，连永中都不如，唉，何年何月才能用上一个正常的办公软件啊。

    不好意思，应该是 libgtk-java，提供了从 Java 到 GTK 的 JNI。

    比如 Vuze，从官网获得的版本运行速度明显比仓库里的 Azureus 慢不少……

    @jqxl0205: arch的aur也没有么？话说虽然我装的sun的jre，还是觉得swing的netbeans和swt的eclipse没啥速度区别。可能nb稍微快点点……

    @jqxl0205: 虽然不知道具体能增加多少，但是肯定不会是质的飞跃。我觉得无论你怎么优化软件，那个时间成本太大，还不如花点钱换个cpu和内存比较有效。

    就我亲身经历，99年的老机器在我不断优化的情况下用起了xp，当时感觉还行，结果后来买了新机器同样装了xp以后就发现以前的优化都是自己掰自己玩…………

    @jqxl0205: cpu现在已经算是低端了……可以考虑换换…………你在eclipse编译大型java程序的时候cpu占用肯定不低。直接上四核吧，下血本爽一把。

    话说那个libgtk-java是java的gtk binding吧。。这个应该和什么加速的真没有关系。。以下是说明 Java-GNOME is a set of Java bindings for GNOME and GTK libraries, so GNOME applications can be written in Java. 至于Vuze。。。这个很强。。他家的swt组建是自己写的。。所以感觉不一样。。
