Hive Rise 是一款新概念的大型网络即时战略游戏，每位玩家需要为了保卫自己或者占领其他玩家的六边形土地而拼搏，这也是名字蜂巢的来源：由海量六边形格子组成的世界。该游戏支持 Linux 平台，并且免费。近日它的联盟系统结束 Beta 测试状态，标志着游戏系统进入了一个成熟的阶段

根据官方资料，该游戏具有以下特点：

  • 快节奏即时战略
  • 支持上千玩家同场竞技
  • 巨大的地图
  • 具有一定的战术内涵
  • 可以和好友组成联盟
  • 12种不同的玩法
  • 新颖的装备升级系统
  • 奖杯收集展示系统（类似 Widget，可以在主界面上随意摆置）
  • 支持游戏录像回放
  • 支持游戏内收听网络广播（支持多家音乐广播电台，可用音乐电台做背景音乐）

    个人觉得该游戏的设定有些参考杰克 L 乔克的小说《灵魂之井的午夜》……六边形的世界……

    我的archlinux刚装，没配置好3d加速，intel 945GM显卡开kwin特效都不是非常流畅，玩这个应该也够呛。
    希望有更多好玩的2d游戏也开发linux版本

    我不能玩，archlinux，intel 945GME，eeepc 1005ha，到游戏进度条出现就crash了。改成窗口模式，800＊600，640＊480都无效。 是否Intel 945GME不能玩啊，驱动就安装的arch带的，难道不能3D加速？

    这个要求的配置蛮高的，不知道我家的机子能不能撑的下…… CPU: At least P4 3.0GHz or a Dual Core CPU RAM At least 512MB Graphics: At least Nvidia/ATI of 2004 (e.g. GeForce6) HDD: At least 300MB free Disk Space

    目前 Intel 基本是半残，还是不要指望了……

    使用 Nvidia 的朋友应该可以好好爽下了～

    我就是冲着Linux去买的N卡。不得不说N卡对Linux太厚爱了。无论是3D还是vdpau性能都相当好。

    如果没记错的话， CA 就是那个很久远的《横扫千军》……

    在程序安装目录下有个 uninstall 的脚本，执行即可……
