Gaphor 为使用者提供一种易用的建模环境，你可以使用它创建 UML 图表，以便用于文档或者作为设计的参考。Gaphor 能够兼容于 UML 2.0，支持创建类、使用案例、操作、组件等类型的图表，可以输出为 SVG 和 PNG 图片，并能够在 Linux、Windows、Mac OS X 等多种平台上运行。
