虽然目前 Amarok 已开发至 2.3.x 版本，但不少用户仍然衷情于 Amarok 1.x 系列。如果你是这些用户之一，那么或许会对 Clementine 感兴趣。Clementine 是一款基于 Amarok 1.4 而开发的音乐播放器，它使用 Qt4 进行了重写，并包含一些额外的功能，如收听网络电台、原生的桌面通知功能等。

    没有那款软件的升级能像amarok 1.x ~ 2.x这样让我失望了..

    喜欢1.4的同样也可以考虑pana，而且现在可以在ppa中找到了。

    Amarok2现在很好啊。 唯一的缺点就是功能没有那么直观，但的确超越1.4版本了 。 耐着性子试试，习惯了就发现它很好用。

    我用的Amarok 2.3仍然有的标签是乱码，出？？？，不知什么原因。再己换成exaile,可听网络电台时还是经常死机。难道是人品问题？

    amarok的标签确实有些问题，还是建议听歌之前转换成utf8的

    不过最近让我惊讶的一次是quodlibet没搞定的编码竟然被Amarok检测出来了……

    似乎不选择id3v2编码检测反而更好吗……

    2.x系列的默认布局发生了变化而已，这一变化让很多人一开始很不适应，用习惯了觉着2.x系列很好用，功能上和1.x基本保持了一致，布局能够调整至和1.x基本系列一致，更加能随便变化，挺好的
