Firefox 4 延期至 2011 年初

Mozilla 宣布 Firefox 4 将延期至 2011 年初。

由于对于部分 Bug 修复所需的时间和工作量超出原先预期，Mozilla 负责人 Mike Beltzner 宣布原定今年年底发布的 Firefox 4 将延期至 2011 年初。

同时新的 Beta 发布日程表也更新到 Mozilla Wiki 上。

另外在 Firefox 3.6 Win 版本爆出安全漏洞的48小时内，Mozilla 推送了 Firefox 3.6.12，Thunderbird 3.1.6 更新，SeaMonkey 2.0.10 更新稍后将至。尽管根据早先报道，该漏洞只会影响允许在 XP 系统上的 Firefox 3.6 及更早版本（某国盛行关闭 UAC 的 Vista/7 情况未知），但是依然强烈推荐所有用户更新到此版本。

    微软自己都说了UAC打开时是可以被绕过的，形同虚设。不要迷恋UAC，系统自带的功能有几个是好用的。

    和某国有什么关系？？？！！！记得开发c sharp程序可以在vs的某个地方设置此程序的uac权限，uac的保护作用可想而知。

    根据消息，该攻击无法在 Vista/7 上重现，推测是权限设置问题。故而认为是 UAC 的作用，而近日偶然发现某国很多“装机必备”软件在推荐用户关闭 UAC ，如是说。

    @黑日白月: linux在对系统做修改的时候需要root，但是软件一般都可以赋予运行权限，所以执行时不觉得很烦，UAC则是每次运行都要提醒，所以会觉得很恶心……
