免费软件 DiskInternals Linux Reader 让你从 Windows 直接访问 Ext2/Ext3 Linux 文件系统，这应当为那些同时使用 Linux 和 Windows 的朋友带来方便。值得提醒的是，这种访问是只能读取而不能写入，因此具有一定的局限。

DiskInternals Linux Reader 很容易使用，其界面与资源管理器类似。启动该程序后，它会自动发现硬盘上的 Ext2/Ext3 Linux 分区，双击即可进入。如果需要提取某些文件，那么可以在选择后，点击工具栏中的 Save 按钮。

遗憾的是，DiskInternals Linux Reader 对中文支持不好。我在测试时发现，在 Linux 分区中的中文目录和文件皆显示为乱码。

explore2fs 和 Ext2IFS
Ext2IFS支持写入, 但它们都对中文支持不好.

怎么能忘了ext2fsd呢
http://ext2fsd.sourceforge.net/,国人写的，用得一直挺好，对ext3读写都没有问题,支持utf8,开源软件，有兴趣学习windows驱动编程的是一个很好的例子:)

个人感觉还是Total Commander加上ex2fs插件最好用，同时支持Ext2/3和Reiser filesystem

其实ex2fs插件就是Explore2fs+Reiser4win，不过真的很好用

win下是GBK编码，linux下多数用的是UTF8，进行文件查看容易出现乱码。

不如把机器上的那个几乎不怎么用的Windows格掉算了，我经常这样想。但NTFS分区中有不少不能割舍的资源，所以一直是想想而已。希望下次换电脑的时候，能在中关村买到预装了最新版本Ubuntu的笔记本，或许就不再装Windows了。那样就节约了很多硬盘空间，多好。

我工作的台式机已经没有windows了
但自己的本子还得装windows，毕竟不全是自己用。楼上的资源是游戏类吧

ext2fsd又更新了。。
现在可以直接选codepage
支持各种编码的文件名。。

我在windows下一直用totalcommander的一个plugin来看我的linux分区。好用极了
